Working with the existing foot print, Cascade remodeled this house not only to capitalize on the panoramic views it offers, but conform to the style of the neighborhood.  Cascade chose to incorporate a Craftsman/Bungalow style for this remodel.  “We wanted to show off how we can duplicate the quality woodwork and craftsmanship details that old homes in this area have,” says the owner of Cascade, Steve Pruitt.  “As with all of our remodels, we want the home to withstand the test of time using styles that will stay with the house forever.  Homeowners invest time and money into their homes, and don’t want the remodel to be outdated in just a few years.  Our goal is to insure that when it’s sold, the new owner will not want or need to update the look of the home.”

The design for the kitchen and baths are stunning and timeless.  We used century old granite and marble while incorporating the vintage style of the bungalow era to create an age resistant remodel.
